CHOOSING A CLASS TO TEACH

Arrowhead area licensed staff will be given preference to teach skill-based classes based on familiarity with curriculum and student performance expectations.  Teaching applicants can increase the potential for employment by designing WI Standards - Based Courses targeting one or more of the following:  hands-on, theme-based, problem/project-based, fun & challenging coursework, gifted learners.  Keep in mind that students attending summer school are entering 4K through Grade 8 in fall of 2018.

Teachers are encouraged to design a course based on their specialty.

See below for course ideas from previous year popular classes or concepts.

NOTE: You will need to create a course description and lesson plan for your class.
